SonicStarz: Round 1

EDIT: I added some more shadings and highlights at the car. It a bit shinier now. C:

Picture for the #SonicStarz-tournament, Elle vs. Kyo.
I started this on monday, worked every time I could on it and so I had already finished it on wendesday but was too lazy to upload it - until now. |D

Uhm... I thin this is one of the most detailed backgrounds I've ever drawn. It was really fun to add all those little things. ...By the way, that can on the right is green because... it's melon soda! I love that stuff!! It's addicting!

Round 1: The station square race:

"GGOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" Shanella and Tyler exclaimed at the same time, Shanella even leaping into the air for more emphasis.

And the contestants were off.

...At least all except two. Kyo, a cat-girl with a pretty confused expression on her face and a cute brown hedgehog girl still stood in front of the starting line and didn't move a muscle.
Then the brown hedgehog girl named Elle glanced at Kyo and grinned. "Well, they didn't say we had to RUN, did they?", she asked and while saying this, she clicked her fingers and a broom appeared out of nowhere right in front of Elle. Kyo still didn't seem to understand.
"...Say, why's everyone runnin'? What's the big deal, huh?", she asked and tilted her head slightly. Elle looked back at her as if Kyo just made a really, really, reeeeally bad joke.
"You really don't know?! Hello-ho, this is a tournament! And our very first round is a race!" Kyo looked at her like Elle had just spoken chinese. "...The first one to cross the finish line wins", she added, extremely annoyed.
"...Oh! All right, then. Let's do that... after I get some of that stuff!", Kyo said, pointed at an ice cream parlor nearby and approached to it immediately. Elle facepalmed. "This... is not true...", she said to herself. But then, she realized something, sighed and went back to her grinning again while jumping on her broom. "If she really wants to make it this easy for me, I shouldn't complain at all! Ahahaha~" And with these words, she flew on her broom, following the star posts straight towards the goal. A few seconds later, Kyo came back from the ice cream parlor with a little cup of lemon ice cream, leaving a freaked up ice cream man behind. "Hey, wait for me you little dumbass-witch!", she screamed after Elle. Kyo started to run after Elle, but while crossing the street, she stopped again. A car driver who had to break very hard because Kyo suddenly stood in the middle of the street started to honk like mad. "Hey, get off the street!", he shouted at her.
"...They really didn't say that we have to run...", she realized, smirked in a frowny way in the direction of the car driver. Three seconds later that car driver was downgrated into a pedestrian and Kyo owned a shiny red car. She simply had jumped into his car and had thrown him out.
"Here we, go, witch-bitch!", she shouted after Elle and it didn't take long until Kyo caught up with her.
"Hey, how did you...?", Elle asked confused, but Kyo already drivted into a bend and overtook her.
"See ya at the goal, loser-hag!", Kyo hooted and after a few more moments, the winner was decided. A lot of contestants already had arrived and congratulated her. Kyo, however, jumped out of the car with her lemon ice-cream, gave a damn about the audiences' applause or anything and appeared in a silent one-way street, enjoying her ice cream.

Not the most creative idea, but meh... I did my best. ; ;
And I wrote some kind of short-story-thing! Because it felt stupid to draw a picture, but didn't explain anything about it. Just ignore the mistakes, please. As long as everything is understandable, I am overjoyed already. xD

I still feel like I should have rather done a short comic, but I had no idea how to make a comic being short enough to finish it within one week... > <

Moreover, I didn't know how I should illustrate Station square... oh well. And I should have drawn a star-post or something!
